Our Team

 Suad, also know as "Lucky", is a dedicated leader in the home health care field with a strong background in social services, nonprofit leadership, and family advocacy. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from George Mason University. Suad began her career as an Advocate and Family Service Worker with the Arlington County Head Start Program, supporting families and connecting them with critical community resources. She later worked with families in Loudoun County, providing therapy support and parent coaching services to caregivers involved with Child Protective Services.

Her passion for home care was shaped by her personal experience caring for her grandmother who lived with cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. Inspired by this experience, Suad helped establish Aaya Home Healthcare, where she is committed to ensuring compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care for families throughout Northern Virginia.

 Elizabeth is a compassionate and family-focused professional who is deeply committed to helping others and strengthening her community. She has experience working with individuals with disabilities in both educational and professional settings, where she has supported individuals in developing independence, building life skills, and navigating daily challenges. This experience has shaped her strong commitment to person-centered care and advocacy.

At Aaya Home Healthcare, Elizabeth is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives care with kindness, dignity, and genuine respect. Guided by strong family values and a passion for service, she works to promote a supportive and compassionate environment for both clients and caregivers.

Outside of her professional role, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new adventures together.

A devoted and compassionate registered nurse specializing in cardiovascular perfusion. With a strong foundation in both psychology and nursing, Kali holds bachelor's degrees in both fields and has further honed her expertise with a master's degree in Cardiovascular Perfusion. Her commitment to patient-centered care is evident through her experience in the cardiovascular intensive care unit and emergency department. Kali is known for her caring and dedicated approach, always putting the well-being of her patients first. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys indulging in hobbies such as reading books, shopping, and cherishing precious moments with her baby boy.
